• SMT Process Quality Control: Oversee and optimize Surface Mount Technology processes, including solder paste printing, SPI control, and P&P machine placement. Analyze and resolve reflow soldering defects such as voids, tombstoning, and bridging to ensure process stability.
• DIP & Wave Soldering Management: Manage Through-hole and Wave Soldering parameters (preheat, flux, wave height) and Selective Soldering processes. Investigate and mitigate typical DIP defects including insufficient solder, bridging, and icicles.
• Assembly Standards & ESD Compliance: Enforce manual assembly workmanship standards (e.g., IPC-A-610). Monitor torque control, ESD protection measures, and cleaning processes to guarantee product reliability and compliance.
• Test Process Validation: Evaluate and validate test coverage and principles for ICT, FCT, AOI, and X-ray inspection. Ensure testing equipment effectively detects potential quality risks in electronic assemblies.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead root cause analysis for quality issues in automotive or regulated industry manufacturing environments and drive continuous process improvement initiatives. Job Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Manufacturing or Engineering role within the automotive industry or a similarly regulated industry.
• SMT Expertise: Strong understanding of SMT processes, specifically solder paste printing, SPI control, placement (P&P machines), and reflow soldering profiles. Deep knowledge of defect mechanisms including voids, tombstoning, and bridging.
• DIP Knowledge: Solid knowledge of DIP (Through-hole / Wave Soldering), including wave soldering parameters (preheat, flux, wave height) and selective soldering processes. Ability to troubleshoot insufficient solder, bridging, and icicles.
• Assembly & Standards: Familiarity with electronic assembly processes, manual assembly workmanship standards (IPC-A-610), torque control, ESD protection, and cleaning processes.
• Testing Proficiency: Strong understanding of test processes, including ICT, FCT, AOI, and X-ray inspection principles and coverage requirements. 岗位职责

• 工作经验： 在汽车或同等受监管行业的制造或工程岗位拥有至少7年工作经验。
• SMT专业知识： 深入理解SMT工艺，特别是锡膏印刷、SPI控制、贴片（P&P设备）及回流焊温度曲线。精通气孔、立碑、连锡等缺陷机理。
• DIP知识： 扎实的DIP（通孔/波峰焊）知识，包括波峰焊参数（预热、助焊剂、波峰高度）及选择性波峰焊工艺。具备排查少锡、连锡、锡尖等问题的能力。
