What they need
Responsibilities
- Audit & Supplier Improvement: Conduct supplier system audits (IATF 16949 / VDA 6.3) and lead continuous quality improvement projects.
- Quality Control & Standards: Develop Standard Inspection Procedures (SIPs), interpret technical drawings, and utilize Quality Tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, QC 7 Tools).
- Complaint & Defect Handling: Independently manage customer complaints, resolve quality issues, and execute hands-on quality controls.
Requirements:
- Education & Exp: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Materials Science, or related field with 3–5 years automotive/electronics experience.
- Skills & Knowledge: Proficient in quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC), technical drawings, and ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards.
- Languages: Advanced/Fluent Chinese (Spoken & Written) and Basic English
