供应商质量工程师 Supplier Quality Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 1. 参与新供应商的现场审核及批准。 Attend new supplier facility audit on-site and approval of new suppliers. 2. 编制年度供应商审核计划，并按计划组织实施供应商审核及改进。 Establish annual supplier audit plan, conduct supplier audit and improvement according to the plan. 3. 负责所负责采购件质量认可和批准，包括采购件PPAP批准过程、过程审核等。 Be responsible for purchasing parts PPAP approval process, and process audit, etc. 4. 负责编制来料或样品检验相关的初版作业指导书。 Be responsible for initial incoming or sample inspection work instruction establishing.

负责供应商相关变更工作的验证及批准。

Be responsible for supplier changes. 6. 负责供应商质量问题的解决及供应商绩效评估。 Be responsible for supplier quality issue handling and problem solving, doing supplier performance evaluation. 7. 上级安排的其他工作任务。 Any other tasks required by supervisor. 任职要求： 1. 本科及本科以上，机械或工程专业 Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or mechanical 2. 丰富的供应商质量管理工作经验，在汽车行业从事供应商质量管理三年以上，在机械加工、注塑、压铸、冲压、喷涂工艺、金属材料方面有丰富的知识。 Strong experience in supplier quality management. At least 3 years supplier management experience at automotive industrial. Good knowledge of machining, plastic process, die casting. 3. 熟悉IATF16949 质量管理体系，掌握汽车行业APQP\PPAP\FMEA\CP\MSA五大核心工具，熟悉VDA6.3过程审核方法，了解汽车行业如CQI-9\CQI-12\CQI-15等特殊过程的管理和控制要求。 Familiar with IATF16949 QMS, know well APQP\PPAP\FMEA\CP\MSA quality tools, carry out VDA6.3 process audit, also know well some special process control and audit method, especially CQI-9\CQI-12\CQI-15 etc. 4. 相关内审员资格，如VDA6.3，Formel Q等 Related internal auditor qualification, like VDA6.3, Formel Q, etc 5. 诚实守信，敬业专业，高效执行，结果导向 Be honest and trustworthy, hard work and professional, efficient execution, result oriented 6. 较好的英语读、写及口语表达能力 Good written and spoken English 7. 熟练运用Excel、PPT等常用MS office软件 Good command of MS office, such as Excel\PPT 8. 良好的沟通和谈判技能 Good communication and negotiation skills 9. 能长时间出差 Long-time business trip if need
