Join a high-performance motorsports company where you'll work directly with suppliers and internal engineering teams to ensure components meet demanding quality, performance, and manufacturing requirements.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage supplier quality, corrective actions, and non-conformances
• Lead NPI, APQP, First Article Inspection, and process validation activities
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive supplier improvements
• Evaluate supplier processes, tooling, raw materials, and inspection methods
• Analyze quality data and lead Six Sigma / continuous improvement initiatives
• Review engineering drawings and apply GD&T
• Partner with suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing to resolve quality issues

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Materials Science Engineering
• 5+ years of engineering/manufacturing experience
• Strong knowledge of Supplier Quality, Six Sigma, GD&T, and statistical analysis
• Experience with supplier management, corrective actions, APQP/FAI, and calibration
• Proficiency with Minitab, UniPoint, and MS Office
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
