Supplier Quality Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer to own the quality performance of our external supply base. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will select, audit and approve suppliers, run PPAP and First Article Inspection approvals, drive supplier corrective action, and manage supplier performance — making sure that every bought-in part meets specification before it reaches our production floor or our customers.

·        Select, evaluate, audit and approve suppliers and sub-contractors in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 clause 8.4; maintain the Approved Supplier List. / คัดเลือก ประเมิน ตรวจประเมิน และอนุมัติผู้ขาย พร้อมจัดทำและควบคุมทะเบียนผู้ขายที่ได้รับการอนุมัติ

·        Issue and drive Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) and the 8D process — containment, root cause analysis, corrective action and prevention of recurrence. / ออกและผลักดัน SCAR และกระบวนการ 8D

Qualifications — Essential / คุณสมบัติที่จำเป็นต้องมี

·        Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Materials Engineering, or a related discipline. / ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ เครื่องกล การผลิต วัสดุ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

·        Minimum 5 years’ experience in supplier quality assurance or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment. / ประสบการณ์ด้านประกันคุณภาพผู้ขายหรือประกันคุณภาพในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตอย่างน้อย 5 ปี

·        Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt. / การรับรอง Six Sigma Green Belt หรือ Black Belt

·        Knowledge of AS9100 / AS9102 for aerospace components. / ความรู้ด้านมาตรฐาน AS9100 / AS9102
