Responsible for supplier quality management for SKE， including supplier audit, new product qualification(PPR&PPAP) and supplier quality performance management, which support the overall business strategy. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in supplier development, qualification and selection activities, including taking the lead on supplier quality assessments/process audit and tracking findings
• Participate in initial and sustaining part validation, including Part Printing Review/Production Part Approval Process (PPR/PPAP) activities as required by the level of criticality of the component for New Product Development(NPD) and Current Product Development (CPD) projects
• Eliminate early product failures through better involving supplier process FMEA’s, Part Printing Reviews(PPR), Advanced Product Quality Planning(APQP), Control Plan development, process capability(Cp,Cpk) and gage studies, and other milestone events
• Perform Supplier quality audits, Identify and pursue opportunities for supplier development in quality systems, products and processes, while driving Corrective Actions & problem root cause analysis as necessary
• Lead to develop, analyze, improve and report Supplier Quality Performance including PPAP effectiveness, DPPM (Defective Parts Per Million) etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functions/Team work including sourcing team, engineering team, QA team of SKE etc. to support SQEs activities
• Other duties as assigned including regional/global supports.

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

Supervisory Relationships

• Reports to Supplier Quality Supervisor, SKE.
• No one should report to this position: Organization Relationship: (internal contact)
• Frequently contact Sourcing, Engineering and QA department.
• Frequently contact Operations/Manufacturing regarding purchased part related performance issues.
• Occasional contact with US/EMEA/Asia colleagues External Business Relationships:
• Frequently contact current and potential suppliers regarding product related performance, process control & capability, as well as improvement opportunities
• Some visits to supplier locations domestic EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree, Electronic preferred or mechanical. 2. 3+ years related experience. Previous quality experience with a good understanding of quality processes and systems, manufacturing processes, basic statistical methods and program management are preferred. Six Sigma or other quality certifications are desirable
• Be familiar with the ISO 9001 System, QS9000(TS16949) preferred
• Be good at English speaking.
