• Responsible for the quality management of purchased parts and raw material suppliers, establish and optimize the supplier quality control system, and implement the whole-process management of supplier admission, audit, rating and elimination.负责公司外购零部件、原材料供应商的质量管理工作，建立并完善供应商质量管控体系，落实供应商准入、稽核、评级、淘汰全流程管理。
• In-depth follow-up on the core part manufacturing processes including stamping, injection molding, machining, electroplating, fully familiar with the production flow, process standards and quality risk points of each process, identify process abnormalities in advance and formulate prevention and control plans.深度跟进冲压、注塑、机加工、电镀等核心零部件制程工艺，熟悉各制程生产流程、工艺标准及质量风险点，提前识别制程异常并制定预防管控方案
• Lead the investigation, analysis, rectification and follow-up of incoming material defects, production process quality anomalies and customer complaint-related quality issues. Promote suppliers to complete 8D corrective reports, track the implementation and effect verification of improvements to avoid recurring problems.主导供应商来料不良、制程质量异常、客诉关联质量问题的调查、分析与整改跟进，推动供应商制定8D整改报告，跟踪改善落地及效果验证，杜绝同类问题重复发生
• Conduct regular on-site supplier audits, process audits and system audits, verify the compliance of suppliers’ production processes, equipment status, quality control procedures and warehouse management, and urge suppliers to optimize production and quality management processes.定期开展供应商现场稽核、制程审核、体系审核，核查供应商生产工艺、设备状态、品质管控流程、仓储管理等合规性，督促供应商优化生产及质量管理流程
• Take charge of supplier quality docking during new product introduction, participate in sample approval, process review and mass production risk assessment, to ensure suppliers’ process capability and product quality meet mass production standards.负责新产品导入阶段的供应商质量对接，参与样品承认、制程工艺评审、量产风险评估，确保供应商制程能力、产品质量满足公司量产标准。
• Establish supplier quality ledgers, collect core quality data such as incoming material pass rate, defect rate and rectification completion rate, regularly issue supplier quality performance reports, and provide data support for supplier assessment, grading and replacement.建立供应商质量台账，统计来料合格率、异常不良率、整改完成率等核心质量数据，定期输出供应商质量绩效报告，为供应商考核、分级、汰换提供数据支撑
• Communicate with domestic and foreign suppliers, complete daily work including problem docking, on-site meetings and standard synchronization with fluent oral English, and efficiently drive the closed-loop handling of quality issues.对接国内外供应商，通过流利的英语口语完成日常沟通、问题对接、现场会议、技术及质量标准同步等工作，高效推进质量问题闭环处理。
• Assist in optimizing incoming inspection standards and supplier quality control specifications, continuously improve the overall supply chain quality level and reduce supply chain quality costs协助优化公司来料检验标准、供应商质量管控规范，持续提升供应链整体质量水平，降低供应链质量成本。 *任职要求： -Education: College degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Materials, Mould, Quality Management or related fields is preferred.大专及以上学历，机械、材料、模具、质量管理等相关专业优先。 -Experience: More than 5 years of full-time SQE working experience in manufacturing industry, candidates with precision parts supply chain quality management experience are preferred.5年及以上制造业SQE专职工作经验，有精密零部件供应链质量管理经验者优先 -Professional Competence: Proficient in stamping, injection molding, machining, electroplating and other parts manufacturing processes, familiar with common defects, causes and improvement solutions of each process; Familiar with IATF16949 and ISO9001 quality system, master full SQE work modules including supplier development, audit, rectification and performance control.精通冲压、注塑、机加工、电镀等零部件生产制程工艺，熟悉各制程常见不良问题、产生原因及改善方案；熟悉IATF16949、ISO9001质量体系，掌握SQE全流程工作模块（供应商开发、稽核、整改、绩效管控） -Language Skill: Fluent oral English, able to communicate with overseas suppliers smoothly in face-to-face and online meetings, and proficiently complete English docking and explanation of quality issues, process standards and rectification requirements.英语口语流利，可无障碍与海外供应商进行面对面、线上会议沟通，熟练完成质量问题、工艺标准、整改要求的英文对接与讲解。 -Technical Skill: Skilled in quality analysis tools such as 8D, 5Why and fishbone diagram; Capable of independently handling supply chain quality abnormalities and leading on-site supplier audits; Proficient in Office software.熟练使用8D、5Why、鱼骨图等质量分析工具，具备独立处理供应链质量异常、主导供应商现场审核的能力；熟练使用Office办公软件。 -Comprehensive Quality: Strong ability of problem analysis, overall coordination and communication promotion; Responsible, pressure-resistant, with excellent closed-loop thinking, able to effectively drive suppliers to complete quality improvement.具备较强的问题分析、统筹协调、沟通推进能力，责任心强，抗压能力好，具备优秀的闭环思维，能高效推动供应商落地质量改善
