• Responsible for potential supplier audit, and output audit report, confirm the rectification effect of non-compliance; 负责潜在供应商审核，并输出审核报告，确认不符合项整改效果;
• Responsible for the preparation of supplier annual audit plan; Lead the completion of supplier annual audit, output audit report, and promote the rectification of non-conformance; 负责供应商年度审核计划的编制；并主导完成供应商年度审核，输出审核报告，并推动不符合项整改;
• Responsible for incoming inspection, production process, customer feedback, after-sales and other aspects of supplier quality problems, initiate 8D follow up & verification 负责进货检验，生产过程，客户反馈，售后等各个环节发生的供应商质量问题，发起8D并跟踪验证
• Responsible for supplier quality performance evaluation, submit improvement plans for suppliers with low ratings, and complete the verification of improvement plans; 负责供应商质量绩效评价，针对评级低的供应商提交改善方案，并完成改善方案验证;
• Responsible for the statistical analysis of supplier quality problems, and propose improvement plans and implementation; 负责供应商质量问题的统计分析，并提出改善方案及实施；
• Responsible for claiming claims to suppliers for internal and external failure costs caused by supplier product quality problems in all aspects; 负责各个环节因供应商产品质量问题所导致的内外部失效成本向供应商提出索赔；
• Responsible for the preparation of raw material incoming control plan, align with supplier inspection methods and inspection standards; 负责原材料来料控制计划的编制，统一供应商检验方法与检验标准；
• Responsible for drafting and signing supplier quality agreement, formulating supplier quality objectives and breach rules; 负责编制签订供应商质量协议，制定供应商质量目标及违约细则；
• Responsible for organizing the review, verification, confirmation and approval of 4M changes of suppliers; 负责组织供应商4M变更的评审、验证、确认、审批；
• Responsible for the supplier quality content of monthly and weekly reports; 负责月报、周报供应商质量部分内容的填写；
• Responsibility for supplier first sample qualification; 负责供应商首样验证
• Responsible for supplier product manufacturing process monitoring, and product delivery approval; 负责供应商产品生产制造过程的监控，及产品出厂的审批；
• Have innovative thinking and innovative consciousness, and put forward innovative suggestions for quality management, inspection methods and production management. 具备创新思维及创新意识，针对质量管理、检验方式及生产管理等提出创新性建议
• Other work assigned by Quality Manager 上级安排的其它工作 岗位要求：
• Thermal\Mechanical\automotive engineering etc. engineering major is preferred 热能、机械、汽车工程等工科专业优先
• Bachelor or above degree

本科及以上学历

• English fluent both in written and in oral 流利的英语听说读写能力
• At least 5-year supplier quality management related working experience 5年以上供应商质量管理经验
• Mechanical or equipment manufacturing industry background is preferred 机械或设备等制造业背景优先
• Familiar with ISO9001 quality system related knowledge 熟悉ISO9001质量体系相关知识
• Familiar with quality tool (master in 8D, APQP\FMEA\MSA\SPC\PPAP\8D\VDA6.3\VDA6.4 familiar better) 熟悉质量工具（8D必须精通，APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, ,VDA6.3,VDA6.4掌握更佳）
• Familiar with assembling\welding\machining eg. product, process and production in production company 熟悉组装、焊接、机加工等产品，过程及生产工艺
• Good organization, communication, coordination and presentation abilities 良好的组织，沟通，协调，表达技能
• Ability of team work 团队合作能力
• Initiative working altitude and ability to work under stress 积极主动的工作态度及在压力下工作的能力
• Problem analysis skills and insight to identify risks in the process and drive improvement 具备问题分析能力和洞察力，发现过程中的风险并推动改善
