Mission of the role: To ensure world-class supplier quality performance by selecting, developing, and managing suppliers throughout the product lifecycle, driving quality excellence from new product introduction through serial production, while supporting Visteon's global manufacturing operations and strategic technology roadmap.

Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading the implementation of Quality processes with supply base from APQP to Concern Resolution and Continuous Improvement Techniques; to improve launch and ongoing performance to our Visteon Manufacturing Operations.
• Key decision maker in the new supplier selection process as well as in deciding on which supplier is on the bid list in a given commodity.
• Responsible for suppliers delivering products around the globe and leading the supplier in the business environment.
• Strategic role in supplier development on new technologies and identifying technical opportunities at the supply base.

Your qualifications:

• University degree in Mechanical engineering or related.
• 7-10 year’s relevant experience in Plastics Molding, Sheet metal ,Printing Process etc…
• Preferred skills in some programming language and Digital Design or Data Communication.
• Experience in supplier management.
• GD & T knowledge.
• Good knowledge of Data Analyze equipment, as Scope / Data Analyzer etc.
• Knowledge of IATF16949 and Quality Operating Systems.
• Knowledge of VDA 6.3.
• Good organizational, interpersonal, communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI in day-to-day work.
• Very good English skills.
