Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Incoming inspection of raw materials as per specifications, drawings and inspection standards.
• Inspection of BOP (Bought-Out) components and supplier parts.
• Inspection of job-work components, including plated, coated and surface-treated components.
• Verify material certificates, inspection reports and supplier documents.
• Identify and segregate OK / NG materials and maintain proper inspection records.
• Raise supplier quality issues and coordinate for RCA / 8D / corrective actions.
• Monitor recurring incoming defects and support supplier quality improvement.
• Maintain incoming inspection reports, rejection records and quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, drawings and customer requirements.

Qualification

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Experience in automotive / sheet-metal industry preferred.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and engineering drawing reading.
• Freshers with relevant knowledge may also be considered.

Job Details

Duty: 12-hour shift
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Location: Chakan, Pune
Joining: Immediate Joiner preferred

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
