Supplier Quality Engineer

• To ensure ACPC supplier consistently meets or exceeds specified quality and delivery requirements. This includes supplier audit, qualifying suppliers and their parts, project management, as well as driving the continuous development of key ACPC suppliers. Detailed Role Responsibilities
• Work with the sourcing to develop key suppliers and assist in the selection and auditing of new suppliers.
• Take the lead to supplier management, and ensure suppliers understand and are capable of consistently meeting quality, delivery and cost requirements.
• Ensure supplier early involvement in new design release and work as a bridge between Engineering team and local supplier for design optimization.
• Work with suppliers to set up manufacturing process, qualify new or revised parts for production readiness.
• Work with suppliers and Trojan team to ensure effective and permanent corrective actions.
• Apply, promote and train suppliers on proven quality and Veralto Enterprise System tools and processes, such as, problem solving, root cause analysis, quality planning, process control, standard work and the Production Preparation Process. Desired Behaviors and Qualifications

• Be conscientious, initiative, diligent, and details oriented.
• Solid mechanical Engineering background and familiar with machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, casting, pressure vessel, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Quality Systems and tools, such as ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
• Proven track record in quality management.
• Ability to read drawings, apply proper measurement techniques and statistical analysis
• Fully bilingual in English and Mandarin. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, certified Quality Technologist or Engineer preferred, with minimum three years’ experience.
