Job Title: Supplier Senior Quality Engineer
Company: Leading Global Engineering MNC (Product-Based Company)
Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra
Experience: 7 to 10 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgy Engineering (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct supplier audits and supplier quality improvement activities
- Support development of engine components and localization projects
- Perform intermediate and final inspection as per ITP requirements
- Handle deviations and ensure corrective actions implementation
- Carry out casting component inspection and quality verification
- Maintain audit reports, inspection records, and quality documents
- Support NDT activities and internal quality system audits
Preferred Industry Background:
- Engine manufacturing
- Gear manufacturing
- Casting industry
Required Skills:
- Supplier Quality Management
- Supplier Audits
- Casting process and component inspection
- Metallurgy knowledge
- NDT Level-II certification (preferred)
- ISO 9001:2015 / 14001 / 45001 audit knowledge
- Familiarity with 7 QC tools
