Supplier Quality Engineer – 1-Year Contract El Paso, TX | Onsite 3 Days/Week Seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to support supplier qualification, quality improvement, compliance, and supplier-related problem resolution in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supplier qualification, development & performance
- Supplier quality issues, root cause & corrective actions
- Part/component qualification and receiving inspection
- Control Plans, ASL & Supplier-Owned Quality
- Cross-functional support with Engineering, R&D, Sourcing, Operations & Quality
- Supplier changes and product lifecycle quality support
Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years relevant experience (2+ with advanced degree)
- Medical Device or Automotive part qualification experience
- ISO 13485 & FDA QMSR
- GD&T
- Supplier development & process improvement
Preferred: Agile & TrackWise experience
