Supplier Quality Engineer

Piper Companies is currently seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to fill an opportunity with a leading Pharmaceutical Company in Wilson, NC. Responsibilities Of The Supplier Quality Engineer

• Responsible for establishing quality expectations of suppliers, and supplier process changes
• Evaluate potential and existing suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Develop and maintain supplier evaluation and selection processes.
• Conduct supplier audits to assess their quality systems and processes.
• Identify and address potential quality risks in the supply chain.
• Lead supplier visits of all quality system categories to assess compliance to process excellence

Qualifications Of The Supplier Quality Engineer

• 3+ years of experience within Supplier Quality
• Strong knowledge of cGMP requirements and current FDA enforcement
• Experience in operations source quality
• Bachelor of Science in related field
