Supplier Quality Engineer

Your tasks

We are currently looking for experienced Supplier Quality Engineer that ensures that products and supplies from vendors and suppliers are high quality, free of damages and defects, and conforms to legislative, industry, company, and manufacturing standards.

Key tasks:

• Ensuring suppliers for the company meet and maintain all regulations and requirements
• Support management of a supplier database with updated records of performance
• Creating quality control guidelines and protocols (Control Plans)
• Training new employees, suppliers, and vendors on quality assurance procedures and protocols
• Providing support and advice to vendors and internal customers on how to reduce defect rates
• Communicating with vendors and suppliers of nonconformance and non-compliance to agreed quality standards
• Assessing and inspection of products and supplies from vendors to ensure their quality
• Ensuring supplier manufacturing processes comply with requirements and guidelines
• Creating and promoting strategies to increase the quality and efficiency of systems and products
• Conducting audits of quality systems (Internal and External)
• Support the research and assessment of new vendors and suppliers
• Support negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors for supply acquisition
• Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors

Your profile

• 5 years experience working in manufacturing environment
• Foster supportive and respectful environment for internal and external customers
• Demonstrate technical understanding of product and process.
• Team player that can positively influence the team.
• Accurate record keeping using in house tools and solutions
• Knowledge of electronic components and technical drawings
• Good knowledge of English
• Very good knowledge of Polish
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Experience in using SAP software will be an advantage
• Experience and or qualification supplier auditing ISO9001 Standard
