Language Requirements

• Fluent in English and Malay
• Proficiency in Mandarin (to communicate with teammates from China and Taiwan)

Job Description

1. Incoming inspection of various materials and handling of quality abnormalities & corresponding to suppliers

2. Development of documents related to incoming inspection and handling of incoming anomalies

3. Quality status statistics, abnormal handling, and tracking improvement of supplier incoming materials and production lines

4. Response and preparation for customer related audits

Other Requirements

1. Priority given to having work experience directly related to suppliers, proficient in spoken language, and strong written expression ability (English or Mandarin). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

2. It is preferable to have experience in quality management in the factory

3. Master the SQE/IQC workflow, possess excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills

4. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to withstand work pressure

5. Proficient in Office software [Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook]
