QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor degree in Industry Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Science in Physic, Mathematics, Stats of related field.
• Min 3-5 years for QA/QC in Manufacturing and/or system.
• Can use the basic measurement device.
• Know the sampling plan AQL-STD-105E.
• Knowledge and skills: Control Plan. PPAP, 8D Method, Supplier Audit
• Abilities in statistical techniques and Knowledge ISO 9001.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Able to use MS Office very well.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Supplier development

1.1 Qualify new supplier.

1.2 Supplier improvement.

1.3 Provide training and competence development based on the supplier weakness in order to improve supplier.

2. Manage NG raw material

2.1 Manage defective part from supplier mass production.

2.2 Insure containment of suspected defective raw material in system and physically on stock as per WI 0507.

2.3 Manage 8D report with supplier.

3.Other job assigned.

3.1 Carry out activities as command level informed.

3.2 Conduct the Subordinate performance Tracking the behavior and skill up evaluation.

3.3 Control and update the documentation include quality record in accordance with system requirements.
