Description Are you ready to redefine what quality means in e-commerce? This role goes beyond conventional quality assurance. As a Supplier Quality Manager within Amazon Private Brands, you will own the full quality value chain, from decoding customer experiences through review ratings and return analytics, to driving manufacturing excellence at supplier sites, to optimizing end-to-end internal processes that deliver the highest quality products. If you thrive at the intersection of data, technology, and cross-industry problem solving, this role offers a platform to lead, learn, and make global impact.

In this role, you will leverage AI and intelligent agents to scale quality programs across a diverse portfolio spanning multiple industries. You will work across the full spectrum of quality, from customer experience analytics to supplier manufacturing performance, bringing insights back to test, optimize, and design internal processes that drive meaningful improvements. This is a strategic, cross-functional leadership position where you connect customer intelligence, supplier performance, and engineering innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes at speed.

Key job responsibilities

  • Analyze customer experience data (Customer Review Ratings, Returns, feedback signals) to identify quality trends, uncover root causes, and translate customer insights into actionable improvement strategies across a diverse product portfolio spanning hardlines, softlines, and consumables
  • Partner directly with suppliers / manufacturing sites to drive sustained quality and production efficiencies; implement preventive measures and build supplier capabilities that deliver consistent product excellence at scale
  • Support end-to-end process testing and optimization by connecting customer and supplier data; contribute to systemic improvements across the value chain from sourcing through delivery
  • Partner with global stakeholders across diverse functions; present data-driven findings and recommendations that contribute to quality strategy and decision-making
  • Apply AI and intelligent agents to execute scalable quality solutions, automate monitoring tasks, and expand your impact across a multi-industry product portfolio; develop next-generation quality approaches tailored for e-commerce

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
  • 4+ years of working experience in quality management, manufacturing, or related fields in consumer products, e-commerce, or related industries
  • Experience in auditing, risk management, compliance, program management, or quality management systems
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English; excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with customer and operational data to identify trends and propose solutions; creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations across leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI/automation tools (e.g., AI agents, SQL, Python) to scale quality programs and drive operational efficiency
  • Familiarity with e-commerce metrics (customer reviews, return rates, VOC data) and their application to quality strategy
