Supplier Quality Manager（Based in Shenzhen )

该职位来源于猎聘 Supplier Quality Manager Responsibilities:

• Establish clear requirements for suppliers to ensure they meet process and quality standards.
• Ensure high-quality materials and components by auditing and monitoring suppliers’ quality systems.
• Receive production feedback and follow up with suppliers on material quality issues encountered during manufacturing.
• Provide guidance on supplier inspection methodologies and component specifications.
• Lead problem-solving efforts and follow up on corrective actions until they are closed satisfactorily.
• Review all *** Article Inspection reports, Engineering Change Notices, and component deviations that may affect component quality, and ensure specifications are practical, up-to-date, and properly documented.
• Conduct necessary training, including on the job training, for the SQE team. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 10 years of quality experience or equivalent working experience in SQE.
• Strong experience in production processes.
• Excellent in English.
