Supplier Quality Officer

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate supplier quality assurance activities and monitor product quality performance
• Handle supplier quality issues through root causes analysis and CAPA
• Assist in conducting supplier audits, process evaluations and driving supplier performance improvement
• Support in new product introduction (NPI), new supplier qualification, risk assessment and 4M change management activities
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain quality management system documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related discipline
• 3-5 years working experiences in QA, Supplier Quality or Manufacturing, preferably in IAQ products or home appliances
• Basic knowledge of quality management, supplier audits and continuous improvement methodologies
• Familiar with quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, CAPA, 5 Why and Control Plan
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese (includes Mandarin)
• Well-organized, detail-minded, good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Occasional travels to supplier sites are required
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
