What You’ll Do

• Manage effectively the Supplier Performance Programs, including SCAR closure timeliness and metrics
• Ensure supplier process controls provide 100% acceptance to Customer requirements.
• Drive division-wide supplier Quality issues and improvements to resolution
• Participate in Corporate Quality Audit improvement actions.
• Maintain and Improve supplier metrics, specifically QPPM and OTD targets

What You’ll Bring

• 5+yrs experience as Supplier Quality Engineer
• Experience with 5S, FMEA, Cpk, GR&R etc.
• Experience leading and guiding a group of Receiving Inspection personnel
• Expertise in First Article process (Mostly for mechanical parts)
• Knowledge in metrology
• Progressively advanced experience in indirectly managing people.
• Effective presentations skills
• Six Sigma training and experience
• BS in engineering or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

At Sanmina, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $93,000 - $103,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
