Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in our expanding team at YFS? We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our Point of Contact (POC) team under the HR department. As a POC Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the hiring process of our couriers, managing tasks from A to Z.

Responsibilities

• Handle the hiring process of couriers, from initial contact to Signing the contract.
• Conduct phone calls, schedule and conduct interviews, and manage hiring document.
• Ensure all hiring tasks are completed efficiently and within designated timelines.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in a similar role or call center environment preferred.
