Supply and Demand Planner

About the role

Supply Demand Planner position responsible for demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain coordination across commercial, manufacturing, and logistics functions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Sales teams to gather market intelligence, promotional plans, and historical sales data
• Generate and maintain accurate rolling demand forecasts at SKU and category levels
• Facilitate consensus meetings to align commercial strategies with supply chain capabilities
• Monitor inventory levels, stock-outs, and excess/obsolete stock across warehouses and distribution centers
• Translate demand forecasts into production and replenishment requirements
• Coordinate with regional and global manufacturing plants or suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
• Track key supply chain KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Service Level (OTIF), and Days of Inventory (DOI)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and agility
• Partner with Finance, Customer Care, and Logistics teams to identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks
