1. Procurement & vendor administration

~ Process purchase orders for bulk raw chemicals, packaging materials, and chemical additives.

~ Maintain communication with suppliers regarding lead times and delivery schedules. Verify and track vendor performance supplier, delivery and lead-time

2. Logistics & distribution coordination

~ Coordinate transportation bookings across for bulk distribution. Prepare shipping documentation. Monitor delivery status and coordinate complex transportation network and heavy-haul trucking

~ Manage logistics requirements, liaise with logistics providers, and handling import documentations

3. Inventory & data management

~Update inventory tracking system
~Document and report deficiencies

4. Regulatory Compliance

~Ensure all administrative processes comply with chemical handling safety standard regulations.

~ Assist in compiling audit reports for environmental health and safety

EXECUTIVE

1. Raw material procurement & sourcing

~ Sourcing bulk essential raw materials

~ Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure competitive pricing

~ Monitor price trends to optimize material costs.

2. Logistics & bulk transportation management

~ Coordinate complex transportation network and heavy-haul trucking

~ Manage logistics requirements, liaise with logistics providers, and handling import documentations

3. Inventory & demand planning

~ Analyze historical sales data to forecast fertilizer demand

~ Maintain safety stock level and conduct regular inventory audits across warehouse plant

4. Regulatory Compliance

~ Monitoring and ensuring all chemical transport, storage, and handling protocols strictly comply with environmental, safety, and agricultural regulations.

~ Maintain accurate documentation for product tracing and reporting.
