Supply Chain Administrator

COMPENSATION: $22 - $24/hr + incentive eligible Purpose This position is responsible for providing administrative support to Supply Chain and Commercial team personnel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (performs Other Duties As Assigned)

• Creates and maintains item codes as needed.
• Maintains and distributes a variety of reports.
• Updates to various system parameters in ERP system.
• Supports review process of test reports for electronic storage.
• Review Supply Chain inboxes and action as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1 -3 years of previous general office experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize your workload and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships and perform within a team environment.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• General office environment (keyboard, mouse, telephone use)
• Manual dexterity (grasp, hand/wrist movement)
