  • Provide support to Production Planning activities, including job bag creation, raw material planning, and order fulfilment
  • Support logistics operations, including dispatch preparation, transport coordination, and delivery management
  • Maintain inventory accuracy within D365 and investigate stock discrepancies
  • Collect waste data from vendors and prepare monthly reports to support environmental and HSE objectives
  • Assist with customer complaint investigations, corrective actions, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Process parcel shipments through approved courier services while maintaining efficiency and cost control
  • Support and train users on D365-related supply chain processes when required
  • Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that improve quality, efficiency, and cost performance

You Are a Great Fit for This Role If You

  • Have a good standard of secondary education or equivalent qualification
  • Have previous experience in purchasing, planning, supply chain administration, logistics, or a similar role
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in your work
