Supply Chain Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support such as order processing, preparation of shipping documents, purchase orders, import/export documents, etc
• Plan and make purchase requisition for necessary materials to ensure materials availability in meeting production needs while minimizing inventory holding/costs
• Analyze order trends and prepare forecast schedule for material planning
• Ensure partners and vendors fulfill their service promptly with the correct price
• Coordinate logistics, freight forwarders and import/export documentation
• Work closely with internal teams on purchasing and supply requirements
• Identify potential improvement initiatives
• Any other ad hoc duties or any related tasks that are assigned

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain
• Strong supplier management, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Able to take ownership and manage multiple priorities independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advance) and Word
• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field preferred
