About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and organised Administrator to join a thriving, international business based in York. Working closely alongside European markets, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring administrative processes run seamlessly.
Due to the nature of the European market collaboration, working hours start slightly earlier than a standard 9-to-5, making this an ideal role for early birds looking for excellent work-life balance in the afternoons.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing daily administrative support across operational workflows.
- Liaising with cross-border team members and handling market-specific queries.
- Maintaining accurate data records, schedules, and operational documentation.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication across European accounts.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong Administrative Background: Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is essential.
- Location: Candidates must live within a commutable distance of York and be able to work onsite as required.
- Immediate Availability: Available to interview face-to-face and start at short notice (1-week notice period maximum).
- Bonus Skills: Prior experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain is advantageous but not essential. Fluency in an additional European language is also beneficial, though not required.
