Supply Chain Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team and drive operational excellence across our supply chain functions. Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process enhancement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and planning teams to align strategies and improve overall supply chain performance
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasting models utilizing SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, and MRP systems to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions or inefficiencies, implementing Kaizen, Lean management, or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement
• Manage logistics inventory by monitoring inventory demand forecasting and implementing inventory control measures to reduce excess stock and shortages
• Support project management initiatives aimed at continuous improvement in supply chain planning and execution
• Utilize data visualization software proficiency to create clear dashboards that communicate key metrics related to supply chain analytics, inventory management, and procurement activities

Skills

• Strong proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and data visualization software
• Extensive experience with SAP (including SAP ERP), Oracle EBS, and other ERP systems for supply chain planning and procurement
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, Kaizen practices, and process improvement techniques
• Expertise in logistics inventory management, demand forecasting analysis, inventory demand planning, and supply chain analytics
• Excellent quantitative analysis skills combined with the ability to interpret complex data sets for actionable insights
• Proven project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, production planning tools like MRP systems, and direct negotiation procurement strategies
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and presenting findings clearly to stakeholders

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
