Supply Chain Analyst

Role Description This part-time remote Supply Chain Analyst role at Mentores con Propósito focuses on supporting end-to-end supply chain performance through data-driven analysis and collaboration. The Supply Chain Analyst reviews demand forecasts, monitors inventory levels, and analyzes supply chain operations to identify risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities. Daily responsibilities include preparing reports and dashboards, tracking key performance indicators, and recommending process improvements to enhance service levels and cost efficiency. The role also involves partnering with cross-functional teams to align demand planning with inventory strategies and communicating findings and action plans to stakeholders in a clear, structured manner.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Demand Planning and Inventory Management skills to support accurate forecasting and stock optimization.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, build reports, and derive actionable insights for supply chain improvements.
• Candidates should possess experience in Supply Chain Operations, including understanding of order fulfillment, logistics, and process workflows.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, present analysis, and document recommendations clearly.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field are beneficial.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms) and familiarity with ERP or inventory systems are advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail is important.
