Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Supply Chain / Logistics Associate to join our team in the United States. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and candidates starting their careers in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations, or business.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in using data and technology to improve supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations.
• Assist with inventory tracking, order management, and shipment coordination.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier information.
• Assist with demand and supply planning activities.
• Maintain accurate supply chain and inventory records.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, logistics partners, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Identify supply chain issues and assist with resolving delays or discrepancies.
• Support procurement and sourcing activities when required.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, orders, transportation, and delivery.
• Assist with process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Excel — Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and basic data analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
• Inventory Management.
• Procurement and Purchasing.
• Demand & Supply Planning.
• Data Analysis and Reporting.
• Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
• ERP knowledge such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
