· Identify root causes across parameters, data, and processes in close collaboration with Purchasing, Material Planning, and Operations.
· Propose and drive systemic, sustainable improvements (e.g., parameter adjustments, policy changes, data corrections) to improve overall material availability and inventory health.
· Ensure follow-through and monitor effectiveness, focusing on long-term, system-based fixes rather than short-term workarounds.
· Monitor key KPIs (e.g., stock-outs, service levels, inventory deviations) to track effectiveness and ensure long-term improvements.
Ad-hoc Analysis & Business Support
· Support supply chain teams with analytical insights for planning and inventory decisions.
· Contribute to continuous improvement and planning maturity initiatives.
