What they need
AccessBridge International helps companies navigate international business opportunities, market expansion, sourcing, trade, and cross-border operations. We work with organizations seeking to enter new markets, strengthen their supply chains, identify strategic partners, and develop practical solutions for international growth.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support our consulting and international business projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, researching markets and suppliers, identifying operational opportunities, and translating complex information into clear recommendations.
The Supply Chain Analyst will work across procurement, logistics, sourcing, inventory, market research, and operational analysis. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with consultants, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Position Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst will analyze supply chain processes, costs, supplier information, transportation data, inventory requirements, and market conditions to help clients make informed business decisions.
This role will support projects involving domestic and international sourcing, supplier identification, procurement strategy, logistics planning, market-entry initiatives, site selection, and supply chain optimization.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with excellent communication and research abilities. Experience with international trade, Mexico-U.S. supply chains, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, or cross-border business is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze supply chain data related to procurement, sourcing, transportation, inventory, suppliers, costs, and operational performance.
Conduct research on domestic and international suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, logistics providers, and potential business partners.
Support supplier identification, qualification, comparison, and evaluation activities.
Analyze supplier pricing, lead times, capacity, geographic location, capabilities, quality considerations, and other relevant factors.
Develop spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, and presentations that summarize supply chain findings and recommendations.
Research market conditions, industry trends, transportation networks, labor availability, infrastructure, and other factors affecting supply chain decisions.
Assist with cost analysis and identify opportunities for procurement savings, logistics efficiencies, and process improvements.
Support clients evaluating new suppliers, manufacturing locations, distribution networks, or international markets.
Monitor supply chain risks and identify potential issues involving suppliers, transportation, geopolitical conditions, regulatory requirements, or market disruptions.
Gather and organize information from public databases, industry sources, government resources, supplier websites, and other reliable sources.
Assist consultants with client presentations, research reports, project documentation, and strategic recommendations.
Track project milestones, deliverables, research activities, and deadlines.
Collaborate with internal team members and external stakeholders to collect accurate and timely information.
Maintain organized records of suppliers, research findings, pricing information, market data, and project documentation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives designed to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen supply chain resilience.
International Supply Chain Focus
Because AccessBridge International works in a cross-border business environment, the Supply Chain Analyst may support projects involving international sourcing and market expansion.
Responsibilities may include researching trade routes, supplier markets, manufacturing capabilities, transportation infrastructure, customs considerations, tariffs, labor markets, and regional business conditions.
The analyst may also assist clients evaluating opportunities between the United States and international markets, including Mexico and other strategic markets.
Knowledge of nearshoring, reshoring, foreign direct investment, international procurement, and cross-border logistics is a strong advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations, consulting, market research, or a related analytical position preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to organize and analyze large amounts of information accurately.
Experience creating professional reports, presentations, and data summaries.
Strong research skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
Strong understanding of supply chain concepts, including procurement, inventory, transportation, sourcing, and supplier management.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, ERP systems, CRM platforms, or supply chain management software is a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are highly desirable because of the company's international and cross-border business focus.
Preferred Experience
The ideal candidate may have experience in one or more of the following areas:
International trade
Mexico-U.S. business
Nearshoring or reshoring
Manufacturing

Logistics and transportation
Economic development
Market intelligence

Remote Work Requirements
This is a remote position. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection, a professional workspace, and the ability to participate effectively in virtual meetings.
The successful candidate must be comfortable managing assignments independently, communicating with team members and clients remotely, and meeting deadlines without continuous supervision.
Because projects may involve international clients and stakeholders, flexibility with working hours may occasionally be required to accommodate different time zones.
