Support the weekly tactical S&OP process by preparing data and inputs for cross-functional teams

Help create and maintain inventory plans for finished goods across regional DCs

Build and maintain dashboards and ad hoc reporting; track supply chain KPIs for the portfolio

Build strong working relationships with XFN partners: supply planners, freight, procurement, CE, and contract manufacturing

Document and help streamline existing processes

Direct supply chain planning experience, hands-on in tactical and operational work: PO execution, shipment tracking, ex-factory and commit support

Demonstrated ability to balance supply and demand across multiple programs at once

Excellent with spreadsheets in general, including expert-level Excel and Google Sheets (large datasets, pivots, lookups, no hand-holding)

Systems experience with o9 and Oracle Fusion; understanding of ERP planning, order management, allocation, and fulfillment

Dashboard and ad hoc reporting experience; Tableau or similar BI tools a plus

Experience using AI tools and incorporating them into analysis and reporting workflows

Strong troubleshooting and discrepancy-resolution ability

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ownership mindset with the ability to see tasks through to completion

Independent self-starter who can operate with minimal direction

Preferred

Consumer electronics industry experience, ideally AR/VR
