About the Role

STIHL Business Services is looking for a Junior Supply Chain Analyst to join the Global Supply Chain team . In this role, you will help ensure the stable operation and continuous maintenance of global Supply Chain reporting solutions. Your analytical mindset, service orientation, and interest in reporting tools will support reliable dashboards, strong data quality, and a positive user experience across an international business environment.

You're a Great Fit If You:

• You hold a degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field.
• You can communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
• You have gained initial experience in reporting, analytics, or data-related business processes; internships or practical experience are welcome.
• You have good Microsoft Excel skills.
• You have experience with, or a strong interest in learning, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, or Analysis for Office (AfO).
• You bring knowledge of SAP S/4HANA; this is considered an advantage.
• You approach tasks with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and careful attention to data quality.
• You have a service-oriented, customer-focused mindset and enjoy supporting users.
• You communicate clearly and collaborate confidently with international and cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• German skills.

What You'll Be Doing:

• You will be part of the Global Supply Chain team, supporting reporting solutions used by Supply Planning, Material Planning, Logistics, Inventory Management, and related functions.
• You will create, maintain, and update recurring Supply Chain reports.
• You will support the operation and maintenance of existing dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, and Analysis for Office (AfO).
• You will implement minor report and dashboard adjustments based on business requirements.
• You will act as a first point of contact for reporting and dashboard users and support global key users with requests and questions.
• You will analyze and help resolve reporting issues in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
• You will monitor and execute recurring data-loading and validation activities to support reliable reporting and strong data quality.
• You will support user training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• You will contribute to the continuous improvement of Supply Chain reporting processes in a multicultural environment.
