Supply Chain Analyst

Finix is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our Point of Sale (POS) terminal inventory by ensuring seamless ordering, shipping, hardware invoicing, and terminal subscription management so our terminal operations run efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

Manage POS hardware stock levels by placing purchase orders, tracking vendor deliveries, and facilitating replacement/warranty requests for damaged units.

Coordinate terminal shipping logistics to ensure prompt dispatch and delivery to merchants.

Generate and send accurate invoices for outright POS terminal sales.

Set up, track, and manage recurring terminal subscriptions and rental billing for merchants who lease inventory.

Monitor and respond to the inventory and fulfillment ticketing queue/inbox.

Perform regular inventory reconciliations, maintaining complete supporting schedules including Hardware Inventory, Terminal Subscriptions, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and Unbilled Hardware.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced filters).

Core Inventory & Billing Skills: Strong attention to detail and follow-through, with the organizational capability to manage physical terminal tracking alongside financial billing and subscriptions.

Systems Experience: Experience with inventory management software and billing systems; NetSuite or similar ERP experience is strongly preferred.

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with comfort collaborating asynchronously via Slack and synchronously via Zoom.

Self-Management: Strong prioritization skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the judgment to escalate or ask for guidance when needed.

Location: Fully Remote from Jakarta Indonesia

Term: 3 Months trial period with opportunity to extend long term

Expected Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM WIB or 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM WIB
