What they need

Role Overview

The Supply Chain & Inventory Coordinator is our eyes and ears on the ground. You'll own the day-to-day movement of Sunnie product, from incoming customer orders to inbound raw materials to finished goods shipping out to our retail and distributor partners. You'll spend much of your week on-site at our Los Angeles re-pack partner located in the San Fernando Valley. You'll make sure what we think we have matches what's actually on the floor, and that every shipment is documented from the moment it's loaded. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes being close to the product and takes pride in getting the details right. You'll work closely with our founders and sales team. Your accuracy will directly shape how well we serve our customers.

Responsibilities:

Order and Shipment Management

  • Review, enter and accept incoming customer orders accurately and on time
  • Schedule all inbound and outbound shipments of raw materials and finished goods between Sunnie's production partners and customers
  • File and manage freight claims for damaged, delayed or short shipments, and see each one through to resolution
  • Track and report on OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) and carrier performance, flagging trends before they become problems

Inventory

  • Conduct regular on-site inventory counts and cycle counts
  • Maintain real-time visibility into stock levels at all our co-manufacturing partners
  • Flag discrepancies immediately and work with partners to find the root cause and fix it

On-Site Presence

  • Record all Sunnie inbound and outbound inventory
  • Photograph every load at loading to document condition and support future disputes or claims
  • Serve as Sunnie's daily eyes on the floor and pitching in on other on-site duties as needed

Who You Are: You're organized, dependable and a little obsessive about accuracy, in the best way. When a count is off by a case, you want to know why. You communicate clearly and early, whether you're flagging a short shipment to a carrier or giving the team a heads-up on low stock. You're comfortable on a warehouse floor and just as comfortable in a spreadsheet. You like the pace of a growing brand. You don't need a rigid playbook, you take ownership without being asked, and you enjoy building better processes as you go. Most of all, you're a team player who knows that every pallet that arrives on time helps a family find Sunnie on the shelf.
