You will make an impact by:

  • Collecting and analyzing supply chain, procurement, and inventory data in SAP and Microsoft Excel to identify improvement opportunities and support fact-based decisions.
  • Monitoring inventory levels, material requirements, and warehouse activity to improve material availability, reduce excess stock, and maintain production continuity.
  • Coordinating the procurement of indirect materials with suppliers, purchasing teams, Production, and Project Management to support timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Improving Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes by strengthening information flow, transaction accuracy, and cross-functional accountability.
  • Developing and executing supply chain improvement projects that increase inventory accuracy, procurement effectiveness, warehouse performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Measuring supply chain performance and preparing actionable reports, dashboards, and recommendations for management using Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
  • Utilizing SAP, warehouse management systems, and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes to support material planning, inventory control, and reliable manufacturing operations.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an advanced degree.
  • Bring five or more years of supply chain experience as a buyer, planner, inventory specialist, materials specialist, or in a related role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Have hands-on experience using SAP or another Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for purchasing, inventory management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), or materials planning.
  • Have applied data analysis and forecasting techniques to develop actionable insights using Microsoft Excel and SAP.
  • Have experience using Microsoft Office and data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of inventory management, procurement coordination, forecasting, warehouse operations, and supply chain performance reporting.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hold an Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM) certification, including Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM).
  • Have supported electrical products, low-voltage equipment, industrial manufacturing, or high-mix production environments.
  • Have developed supply chain dashboards, forecasts, process metrics, and management reports.
  • Have improved Purchase-to-Pay processes, inventory accuracy, supplier performance, or warehouse management operations.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and collaboration skills when working with production teams, project managers, customers, and suppliers.
  • Have applied negotiation, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement skills in a manufacturing environment.
  • A combination of education and directly related work experience will also be considered in lieu of a degree.
