Are you currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and looking to gain hands-on experience in Supply Chain and Logistics?

What you'll do:

• Support local supply chain operations, including inventory management, order processing, and distribution.
• Analyse sales, inventory, and tender data to identify trends and support business decision-making.
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools.
• Support administrative processes, including documentation, invoices, and order tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational activities.
• Assist with tender management and related processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

What we're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Must be enrolled at a Spanish university and eligible to enter into an internship agreement ( convenio de prácticas ) between the university and ADVANZ PHARMA.
• Must be currently residing in Madrid, Spain.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Strong interest in supply chain operations, data analytics, process improvement, and automation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and a team-oriented mindset.
