MadGood is a modern snacking and confectionery brand building differentiated consumer products for

contemporary consumers. As the business expands in the UAE and internationally, we are building a robust

supply chain spanning sourcing, imports, warehousing, inventory, production planning, e-commerce fulfilment,

B2B distribution and exports.

Role Overview

The Supply Chain & Operations Associate will be a hands-on, high-ownership role responsible for managing and

coordinating MadGood's end-to-end supply chain and operational processes in the UAE. The role will cover

imports from India and other global markets, UAE mainland customs and logistics, warehousing, inventory

planning, production coordination, purchase ordering, vendor onboarding, e-commerce order management, B2B

fulfilment and eventually exports from the UAE to GCC and global markets.

This is a critical middle-management role for an entrepreneurial candidate who can operate independently, work

across multiple functions and build processes as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Importing & International Logistics

 Manage end-to-end import shipments into the UAE mainland from India and other international markets.

 Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, clearing agents and transport partners.

 Manage shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of

lading/airway bills and other required import documentation.

 Track shipments from origin through customs clearance and final delivery into the UAE warehouse.

 Develop a strong working understanding of UAE customs, import procedures, duties, VAT implications,

product documentation and regulatory requirements.

 Monitor freight costs, landed costs, clearance charges, demurrage/detention and other logistics expenses.

 Identify opportunities to improve freight economics, lead times and shipment consolidation.

2. GCC & Global Export Operations

 Build and eventually manage the operational framework for exporting products from the UAE to GCC and

international markets.

 Coordinate export documentation, freight, customs requirements, commercial invoices, certificates and

destination-country requirements.

 Work with distributors, B2B customers and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate export fulfilment.

 Develop an understanding of GCC market-specific logistics and cross-border requirements.

 Support the expansion of MadGood's UAE hub into a regional distribution and export platform.

3. Inventory Planning & Management

 Own day-to-day inventory planning across finished goods, packaging and relevant raw materials.

 Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouses, systems and physical stock.

 Monitor stock cover, minimum/maximum levels, reorder points, ageing, expiry and slow-moving inventory.

 Develop inventory forecasts based on sales plans, historical demand, promotions, launches and lead times.

 Ensure optimal inventory availability without creating excessive working-capital requirements.

 Conduct regular inventory reconciliations and coordinate cycle counts and physical stock audits.

4. Production Planning & Purchase Ordering

 Coordinate production planning with manufacturers and suppliers based on demand forecasts and inventory

requirements.

 Prepare production requirements, purchase orders and replenishment plans.

 Manage production schedules, lead times, MOQs, production capacity and dispatch timelines.

 Coordinate with suppliers to ensure raw materials, packaging and finished products are available as required.

 Track production against plan and proactively flag delays, shortages or capacity constraints.

 Support cost, MOQ and lead-time negotiations with vendors where required.

5. Warehouse Management

 Manage relationships with UAE warehouse and 3PL partners and ensure operational SLAs are maintained.

 Ensure efficient inbound receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns processes.

 Establish and maintain proper SKU-level warehouse controls and inventory accuracy.

 Monitor warehouse utilisation, handling costs, fulfilment timelines and operational efficiency.

 Ensure appropriate FEFO/FIFO practices where relevant, particularly for food and confectionery products.

 Monitor damages, shortages, expiry, returns and warehouse discrepancies.

6. E-commerce & B2C Order Fulfilment

 Manage operational fulfilment for D2C/e-commerce orders across the UAE.

 Coordinate order processing, picking, packing, dispatch and last-mile delivery.

 Work with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, 3PLs and courier partners to ensure order SLAs are

achieved.

 Monitor order accuracy, cancellations, failed deliveries, returns and customer fulfilment issues.

 Use operational software and dashboards to track orders and identify fulfilment bottlenecks.

7. B2B Order Management & PO Fulfilment

 Own operational fulfilment of B2B purchase orders from distributors, retailers, corporate customers and other

commercial partners.

 Coordinate allocation, picking, dispatch, delivery documentation and proof of delivery.

 Track open POs and ensure timely fulfilment against agreed customer requirements.

 Coordinate closely with sales and commercial teams on customer forecasts, order priorities and stock

availability.

 Build processes that allow B2B and B2C fulfilment to operate efficiently from the same supply chain

infrastructure.

8. Vendor Onboarding & Management

 Identify, evaluate and onboard logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, packaging, freight and operational

vendors.

 Maintain vendor master data, commercial terms, SLAs, documentation and performance records.

 Conduct regular vendor performance reviews covering cost, quality, service levels, lead times and reliability.

 Resolve operational issues with vendors and escalate material risks proactively.

 Build long-term relationships with reliable operational partners while maintaining commercial discipline.

9. Systems, Software & Reporting

 Maintain accurate operational data across ERP, inventory management, warehouse management, order

management and e-commerce systems.

 Use technology and software to manage inventory, purchase orders, shipments, warehouse movements and

fulfilment.

 Build and maintain operational dashboards and MIS covering inventory, orders, POs, shipments, production

and logistics costs.

 Provide regular weekly and monthly reporting to company management.

 Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve data accuracy.

 Maintain strong documentation and SOPs for core supply-chain processes.

10. Cross-Functional Business Operations

 Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Management to align supply with commercial plans.

 Translate sales forecasts and customer requirements into actionable procurement, production and inventory

plans.

 Support new product launches from an operational readiness perspective.

 Ensure operational readiness for new retailers, marketplaces, distributors and international markets.

 Identify operational risks early and recommend practical solutions.

Required Experience & Qualifications

 3–5 years of relevant experience specifically in supply chain, logistics, operations, inventory or distribution

within the UAE.

 Strong hands-on experience with UAE import operations and mainland Dubai/UAE logistics.

 Experience coordinating international shipments from India and/or other global markets into the UAE.

 Understanding of customs clearance, freight forwarding, warehousing and last-mile logistics.

 Experience with inventory management, purchase orders, production planning and vendor coordination.

 Experience managing B2B as well as B2C/e-commerce fulfilment is strongly preferred.

 Experience working with ERP, WMS, inventory, order management or other supply-chain software.

 Strong Excel/data-analysis skills and ability to build clear operational MIS.

 Good understanding of the UAE business environment and logistics ecosystem.

 Experience in FMCG, food, beverages, snacking, confectionery, nutrition or a related category is preferred but

not mandatory.

 Excellent English communication and strong coordination skills.

 UAE driving licence is preferred.

Why This Role Matters

This role will be central to building MadGood's UAE operating backbone. The successful candidate will help

establish a scalable supply-chain infrastructure that can support UAE retail and e-commerce today and evolve

into a regional hub serving GCC and global markets. The role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to

build systems, processes and partnerships from the ground

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
