What they need
Who We Are At Vervloet, you become part of a heritage-driven company that stands as a global reference in the artisanal creation of exceptional architectural hardware. With more 120 years of craftsmanship and innovation, Vervloet has built a reputation as the undisputed global leader. Every piece is meticulously designed and crafted in Brussels, where traditional expertise meets modern precision. From this atelier, our creations find their way to some of the most prestigious projects worldwide. Over 80% of our production is exported, serving an international clientele that demands nothing but excellence.
Our work enhances private residences, superyachts, embassies, royal palaces, luxury hotels, and world-class museums. We collaborate closely with leading architects, interior designers, and specialized partners to deliver tailor-made solutions that combine technical mastery with timeless aesthetics.
Vervloet has been part of the Prado Family, combining its strong heritage with the group’s international reach, innovative mindset and long-term vision. While remaining deeply rooted in tradition and craftsmanship, we embrace a modern, entrepreneurial approach. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a supply chain and operations coordinator to reinforce our team and play a key role in structuring and scaling our operations, working within the existing Supply Chain and Operations teams.
What You Will Do
- Contribute to the procurement process from need identification to supplier confirmation, balancing lead time and cost at every order, together with your colleagues from Supply Chain & Operations.
- Support in ensuring raw material availability to support daily production, actively tracking open POs and anticipating delivery risks.
- Support supplier relationship management: performance tracking, non-conformity management, price negotiation, and identification of new partners.
- Contribute to data quality in the ERP (purchase orders, lead times, BoMs) and actively drive the improvement of procurement master data and ERP processes to support operational efficiency.
- Produce ad-hoc analyses to inform operational and strategic decisions and support in the development of KPIs to support operational decision-making and performance tracking.
- Support production flow and process improvement initiatives: identifying bottlenecks, proposing solutions, and contributing to their implementation together with your colleagues from Supply Chain & Operations.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- Around 1 to 3 year of relevant working experience in procurement, supply chain or purchasing.
- You are rigorous and organised, able to manage multiple topics simultaneously without losing sight of priorities.
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable with data, able to produce clear analyses from an ERP.
- You are proactive, able to anticipate issues and identify opportunities for improvements.
- Hands-on with digital tools & solutions such as AI, but also proficient in Excel.
- Knowledge of Odoo, our ERP, is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus.
- You thrive in a fast-growing environment and are motivated by the opportunity to actively shape and build operations.
What We Offer
- An ambitious and internationally expanding company where artisanal production and craftmanship are at the heart of everything we do.
- A company where you will quickly feel at home due to the warm working atmosphere, with ambition as a priority.
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams across regions and departments.
- A challenging position, with the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally, as you will be instrumental in reimagining and embedding supply chain best practices across the organisation.
- Strong compensation package, tailored to your experience, with benefits that reflect the importance of your role within the organisation.
