Title: Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator

Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to manage the daily flow of goods between our suppliers, warehouse, 3rd-party logistics (3PL) provider, and retail/Amazon sales channels. This role keeps inventory accurate, orders shipping on time, and our ERP system up to date, working closely with our 3PL to execute day-to-day logistics tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with our 3rd-party logistics (3PL) center to ensure smooth execution of orders, receivings, and inventory tasks
• Process and monitor all retail sales orders to ensure on-time shipment and fulfillment
• Track inbound purchase orders and coordinate timing with the warehouse/3PL
• Create and manage warehouse receivings so incoming inventory is logged and expected accurately
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels across all locations, flagging shortages or overstock
• Plan and execute inventory shipments to Amazon (FBA), ensuring compliance with Amazon's receiving requirements
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system, including POs, sales orders, and inventory counts
• Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies between system records and physical/3PL inventory
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts and shipping delays
• Generate reports on inventory levels, order status, and fulfillment performance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, supply chain, or order fulfillment
• Experience working with a 3PL provider and/or Amazon Seller Central (FBA) preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating across internal teams and external vendors
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
