CUSTA is a rapidly growing Printing & Customization E-commerce Platform in Malaysia & Singapore, invested in by renowned venture capital firms. We are looking for a Supply Chain & Operations Executive to join our vibrant Merchandise team.

This is a generalist role: you will work across procurement, supplier management, category & product planning, and inventory & order operations to keep our business running smoothly and growing. We are looking for a versatile, adaptable person who enjoys wearing multiple hats, takes ownership of getting things done, and is happy to roll up their sleeves wherever the team needs support — rather than someone fixed on a single way of working.

You'll play a pivotal role in our business, building reliable supply chains, developing attractive products, and running day-to-day operations that delight our customers.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for all activities related to procurement, supply chain, and operations with the goal of making CUSTA the most attractive Printing & Customization E-commerce Platform in Malaysia & Singapore.

Procurement & Supplier Management: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and production partners. Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships while managing cost, quality, and lead times.

Order & Inventory Operations: Run the day-to-day ordering and inventory activities required to produce and distribute our products. Monitor stock levels, place and track orders, and ensure smooth, accurate, and on-time order fulfilment — this operational backbone is at the heart of the role.

Supply Chain Management: Communicate closely with production and logistics partners to ensure reliable, efficient daily order fulfilment and continuous improvement of the supply chain.

Category & Product Planning and Execution: Support the growth of assigned categories by planning and helping launch new products, and by continuously improving the competitiveness and appeal of existing products.

Information Design, Display & Market Insight: Help design and enhance category and product page content to make it more engaging for customers, and collect and analyse customer, online, and offline data to derive insights for product development and operational improvement.

Internal/External Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, system development teams, and external partners to maximise customer value. From time to time, provide light support on order-related customer or sales-team inquiries.
