Your role is essential to ensuring that our organization runs smoothly and efficiently: you will be the oil that keeps the machine running, making sure the right equipment is available at the right time and acting as a trusted point of contact for our suppliers.
This internship/apprenticeship will give you the opportunity to discover a highly versatile role at the crossroads of procurement, logistics, and administration.
After an initial onboarding and training period, you will be expected to manage a large part of these responsibilities independently. However, you will always be able to rely on the team for support when needed.
Your missions
- Order & inventory management**:**
- Monitor the needs of our forest villages.
- Place and follow up on orders for equipment, supplies, furniture, cleaning products, etc.

- Implement, improve, and monitor inventory and order management tools.
- Supplier relations:
- Source new suppliers and service providers and compare offers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and monitor contracts.
- Manage supplier relationships while protecting Nutchel’s interests.
- Handle disputes and resolve delivery or quality issues.
As you gain experience, you will become the main day-to-day point of contact for our suppliers.
- Management of office equipment & resources, including:
- Company vehicles, IT equipment, telephony, and Internet services.
- Office equipment and supplies.
- Mail handling, answering telephone calls, and filing and archiving documents.
- Contract Administration & External Relations:
- Monitore leasing, insurance, franchise, real estate purchase, and rental agreements.
- Manage relationships with subsidiaries, public authorities, investors, banks, and insurance companies.
Your experience
- You are currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in administrative management, procurement, supply chain, logistics, business management, commerce, or a related field.
- You are looking for an internship or apprenticeship that will allow you to take on a practical role with genuine responsibilities.
- Previous professional experience, ideally in administration, procurement, or logistics, is a strong asset.
- In addition to French, you must be fluent in English, both spoken and written. Dutch is a plus.
- You have a very good command of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Your profile
- You are independent and enjoy taking responsibility.
- You are versatile, autonomous, and eager to learn quickly.
