Supply Chain Assistant

Join Hiessence Consumer Goods Trading as a full-time Supply Chain Assistant based in BGC, Taguig City. You will support the day-to-day supply chain operations of our premium diffuser and fragrance business, including purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory monitoring, and stock movement across our warehouse and retail locations.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Assist in purchasing and procurement of diffusers, fragrance oils, accessories, packaging materials, and other operational supplies.
2. Coordinate with local and international suppliers regarding orders, pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.
3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment of products and supplies.
4. Monitor incoming shipments and coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
5. Assist in the receiving, transfer, allocation, and release of stocks across warehouse, retail, and other company locations.
6. Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and supplier records and provide administrative support to the supply chain team.

What we're looking for

1. 6 months - 1 year of experience in a supply chain, purchasing or inventory management role
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
4. A team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
