Supply Chain Assistant @ Paya Lebar

Job Details:

• Working hours : Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (this role require to work a monthly rotating standby schedule during weekends and public holidays, with one weekend per month on duty according to the roster , will provide standby allowance)
• Location: Paya Lebar MRT
• 6 months contract (with completion bonus)***

Job Scope:

• Process order for materials from sales staff or direct customers’ contacts

• Provide price quotations and complete order sheets based on the item list

• Distribute order sheets to respective suppliers

• Log order information into the ERP system (Oracle)

• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Familiar with Oracle system and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications will be an added advantage

• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills

• Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player

• Required to be available for monthly rotating standby schedule during weekends and public holidays
