Supply Chain Assistant – Project-Based

Job Summary
Supports day-to-day supply chain operations, including PO/TO processing, order and delivery monitoring, coordination, documentation, and inventory support.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) and Transfer Orders (TOs).
• Track deliveries and follow up on pending or delayed orders.
• Coordinate with End Users, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Transport teams.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and supporting documents.
• Assist with inventory counting and reconciliation.
• Escalate issues and delays to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.
