What they need
- Receive, verify, and record incoming goods and materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and delivery teams regarding orders and shipments.
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and shipment status.
- Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, and supply chain records.
- Assist in preparing reports on inventory, purchases, deliveries, and stock movements.
- Check documents such as invoices, delivery receipts, purchase orders, and receiving reports for accuracy.
- Help identify and report delays, shortages, damaged items, or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance, Sales, and Operations.
- Update information in ERP, inventory management, or spreadsheet systems.
- Support stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Follow company procedures for purchasing, inventory control, and logistics.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks related to supply chain management.
