Supply Chain Associate

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Associate is responsible for coordinating end-to-end logistics activities, supporting import documentation processes, planning vehicle movements, and ensuring accurate stock handling. The role assists in maintaining smooth operations across warehouses, logistics partners, and internal departments while ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clearing agents regarding shipment ETA and duty requirements.
• Follow up with the bank on import financial instrument numbers and the release of shipping documents.
• Assist in preparing landed product cost by compiling all expenses incurred during the clearance process.
• Share GRNs with clearing agents and warehouses to facilitate timely delivery and receipt of shipments.
• Coordinate with the (3PL) dedicated 40-foot vehicle to efficiently plan and execute finished goods & raw material movements.
• Coordinate with the (3PL) dedicated base oil tank lorry and plan movement schedules efficiently.
• Coordinate with logistics vendors to arrange upcountry vehicles on ad hoc basis for stock transfers and distribution.
• Coordinate with all warehouses for stock issuance and related documentation.
• Assist in conducting stock audits (Raw Materials & Finished Goods) every alternate month.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the managers.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Supply Chain Coordinator: 3 years (Preferred)
