Supply Chain Associate

Job Overview

NUOXIN Supply Chain Management Co. is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to support daily logistics, inventory management, and supply chain coordination. This role involves tracking shipments, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with suppliers and warehouse teams, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily supply chain activities, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenishment needs, and shipment status.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records using ERP and WMS systems.
• Identify delays, resolve operational issues, and support process improvements.
• Assist with demand planning, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Prepare reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and applicable logistics regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or transportation management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $21.60 - $24.90 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
